My bloating went away once I was able to eat more and have regular BM's. I started drinking bolt house fruit n veggie drinks the helped get me regular and they are a great source of fiber and vitamins.

I'm sorry you're going through that. I was sooooo incredibly bloated my first trimester. Everyone suggested I was having twins. Nope! I also started out very slim and athletic, so it took some getting used to. My best advice is to watch your diet and avoid bloating foods and start/continue working out. It's hard, but it makes a huge difference later!

I'm 8 weeks and feel horribly bloated. Like one day I have a "tummy" and others I will wake up with my flat tummy again. But as I am progressing in the pregnancy the bloated feeling is sticking around a lot more :-( so feel super yuck most of the time along with the nausea which is kicking my butt. So far this hasn't been an enjoyable experience! And unfortunately I haven't figured out a cure for the bloated tummy :-(

I'm 7weeks along too. I've been having a lemon and ginger tea in the am with honey which helps with the neusea feeling. I've been going to bed super early to help rest, as for the bloating, I just live with that :)

Welcome to pregnancy!  There really isnt much you can do for those symptoms. Tylanol for the cramps (no ibuprofen products), make sure you drink plenty of water. Crackers and seltzer always helped with my morning sickness. The tiredness will start to back off around weeks 12 or 13 and return for 3rd trimester. And the bloated feeling never goes away, lol I am 38 + weeks  and haven't found a cure for it yet, of course I am the size of a bus so bloating is  unavoidable now. I wish you all the luck and happiness on your pregnancy journey.
