owie owie real thing???

Ok so I've been having contractions off and on for a couple weeks. They never last for more than two hours, no spotting intensity never changes and usually right about 10ish mins apart. Tonight a more intense pain and feeling it in my back too... In 45 mins it'll be my two hour mark... they are anywhere from 3-5 mins apart as well. I am only 33 weeks, hubby is four hours away not due home till tomorrow afternoon/evening, and my chosen doc is an hour and a half away... I'm worried I'll go in and since about half hour beforehand I was sanding and painting for three hours than inhaled one and a half bagels this is all gas...??? But gas pain doesnt come in bursts right?! Gah!!  Also this is my fourth baby. Ok thoughts words what do y'all think. Trying to stay calm.

Walking around through contractions isn't an issue because I was able to walk through contractions till 6ish cm with baby two so for me that isn't a good decider lol I just took a bath and have been sitting and relaxing... thought they stopped while in bath but got out and they're still around... but no spotting so that's good... and the intensity hasnt gotten worse yet.

Try laying down and resting??? If it's the real deal, you'll really be able to concentrate on counting etc, if it's false, it may ease it up... hopefully b/c 33 weeks is a bit early for baby. :-)
