I think I need to spend next easter in Louisiana lol
Yes charbroiled oysters are fine, raw is definitely not because of the bacteria. I ate about 3 dozen charbroiled oysters for Easter. Since boiled crawfish and charbroiled oysters are the thing to eat here in New Orleans for Easter that's what we had and doctor said it was ok :)
Shellfish and mollusks are fine as long as they are cooked, you can't have anything "on the half shell"
I work at a restaurant where they're sold there. I ate a whole dozen one day
As far as sea food check the CDC website for mercury consumption while pregnant. It will give you a list of foods that are fine in certain quantities. As long as fish is cooked a lot of it is fine.
I don't know but that sounds so good lol
