Prenatal Vitamins

I take iorn pills but my doctor dont take my prenatal vitamins if i couldnt handle both. I only take my iorn pills. Has anyone else experinced this. Is my baby still going to come out healthy.? Should i just take both?. Im 33 weeks.

I take both because the iron is to any blood transfusions during delivery and the prenatal has all the vitamins that the baby news as well as you...I would advise you to take both

I take both iron supplement and pregnancy vitamin  now as my last blood test showed my iron has dropped heaps. I'm 34+5 :)

Lack of iron could also cause you to bleed to death during birth. They're both important but prenatals have iron in them too.

Colase is the still softer recommend if needed. If you have to choose between iron and folate and you see not anemic. Then pick folate over iron in the first trimester. Lack of folate causes spinal cross defects in the child. (neural tube defects)

Lack of iron if  your anemic will make you feel tired and worn out.

I get mine from Walmart, they're in a white bottle with a half red half white pill on it. Lol the bottle just says stool softener on it.

Stool softner is it a tablet? May I know thr name of the tablet? Thanks

Your baby need folic acid and since prenatals have both iron and folic acid I would say take the prenatals. If your problem is constipation then I'd just add a stool softener to your daily pill cocktail:) I take all 3..
