I'm 31w5days with my first baby and throughout the night I keep getting woken up by leg cramps.. but they never really go completely.. throughout the day my legs are really tender and sore, like there is always a dull ache there. Is this normal?

Drink more water. Eat banannas and stretch your legs out before bed. This is reduce the pain. Look up leg stretches for pregnancy.

Try drinking a little extra water during the day. Keep your legs elevated and stretch them every so often to keep the circulation going. That helped me some. The cramps are normal at this point, but this does make tthem a little less painful and more tolerable.
