pain on left side of vagina

I've been having this pain on the left side of my vagina. I also found out I've been 2cm dilated for the last month. Is this pain normal and has anyone else dilated early? Please share. I'm 25 weeks.

Thanks ladies I saw my dr today she said its probably round ligament pain. She's aware of my dialation and the monitor me closely I'be been on bed rest since aprox. 21 weeks.  Good luck!

I'm 28+2 weeks,  and I have spd, I dont think it causes dilation. so od prob rule that out  however if your 25 weeks and dilated id go to l&d unless your dr. knows about it and isnt concerned.... then stay put and keep baby going♡

I have pain too but mine is in my right side. I'm not sure if i dilated early. I'm 26 weeks and 4 days today.
