Baby grunting??
I had my baby boy two weeks ago.. he is perfect in every way. Question thiugh, during the day he sleeps fine and is quiet/doesn't make a lot of noise. However, when I put him down at night he usually sleeps the first 2-3 hrs soundly and quietly, however, after I feed him in the middle of the night he starts grunting, fussing, and seems uncomfortable. This grunting continues for hours and seems to continue until I pick him up. Anyone have any advice? What is the grunting from? Why?
Do you burp him at night? It could be trapped gas above or below. You can try to give him a tummy massage before bed and make sure you burp him well after (and even during) each feed.
do u burp him after feedings? he might be just uncomfortable cuz he needs to be burped? and even if he burps once, sometimes aome babies need another burping a few mins later. or maybe hes too hot/cold?
