pain

i am having pelvic bone pain. It does not seem to let up no matter what i do. Is there anything i can do? I am 27 weeks.

Thank you. I have had some round ligaments pain this is different. Called the Dr yesterday told me to take warm baths then called back to put me on bedrest until my next appt. Nov 13th. Boring. This is my 3rd baby but never jade pain like this.

Try a belly band. As our ligaments relax we loose the support around our pelvis. Using a band helps to bring some support back - mine is a god send, I can barely walk some days without it

Yes, first ***** the situation. Do you think the baby's.head is favoring one side? How long has it felt that way? Have you told your Dr? Have they tried feeling the baby to check the position? These are the steps I would take first then also Google positions you can do to get your baby in his/her right position also the Dr. May be able to help shift the baby to the correct position with some palpation techniques. Good luck I know how it feels had pelvic pain with my first that lasted 1 mos post delivery. But I had no idea what to do and I had horrible drs who were clueless.
