pain

Am having a miscarriage and the pain is excruciating plus am changing like every two minutes, and the stuff that coming out have me in tears. Don't even think I can make it to work but am scared to call in even though it's health issue. But Imma go to the doctor today and see if they'll take me out of work for a few days. Any of you ladies ever experience a miscarriage?  This my first time.

Please do take off work! Your body needs rest. I'm so sorry you're going through this! I had my third one last September at 10 weeks and it was excruciating pain as well. I took Tylenol after a while because it was such sharp pain I couldn't take it anymore. The first couple hrs were very heavy bleeding and huge clots coming out. Thankfully I cleaned out completely the first day and the really heavy bleeding slowed down after a couple hrs. Best wishes to you!

Having a miscarriage is basically labor.. Yourcervix has to contract in order to release your uterus of everything... I had a terrible one as well and didn't realize it would get as bad as it did until I tried to continue normally and drove to the mall with my boyfriend.. I got it the car and had a huge gush of blood come out of me.. He rushed me to hospital, they gave me pain killers told me there was nothing more they could do but let it run its course.. That night I almost odeed on pain killers because the medicine didn't match what my body was putting me through.. I thought that was the worse of it until a few days later.. I was going about business as usual when I begun experiencing mild cramps again and after 1 hour mild turned into excruciating.. I was hesitant but knew something was wrong and went back to the ER where they checked me and confirmed my feelings.. The placenta was trapped in my cervix.. They gave me Demerol and took it out which was kinda of painful.. Then they realized I was bleeding to much.. I'm anemic already.. It had gotten to a point where I could've died and had to get a blood transfusion.. After that day everything began to heal thank God... But I say that to say I was only 8 weeks at the time... Don't take miscarriages lightly.. Ur body should not be working or going business as usual if your having a natural miscarriage like I did.. Because you don't know what's going on inside.. That same exact day I had tohave a blood transfusion, earlier that day some doctor at a clinic told me everything was clear and there was nothing left inside of me.. Did an ultrasound and everything.. Meanwhile the placenta was still there.. Take it easy mama and call out with no guilt.. We don't know Y these things happen and I'm sure one day in the future you'll get blessed again  :-)

I had mine at 11 weeks. Stay home honey. I was so emotional and tired and my body was sore. It was Xmas so I just took the following day off. Give yourself some time.

I lost mine at only 3 weeks preg and was bleeding for two weeks heavily.  You need to rest your body, you will only make yourself worse. Sorry to hear your loss but take care of yourself.
