After how long did u dilate more.I came in and I was at 3cm and now I have been checked and still at 3cm.but the contration are killing me too bad
I know its painfully but walk around your room or hold on to the bed and do squats this will help you dilate because gravity is pushing baby onto your cervix. If they have you just laying in a bed it will take longer for you to dilate.
At 36 I was 1 cm.
at 37 I was 1 cm
then I went to the hospital at 38+3 and i was 4 cm. I had my daughter that night
