I know what you mean!!! Finding out your pregnant could give u an attack for sure! Did for me. I didnt even know I was pregnant then informed me last week I am having twins!!! Not prepared for that, lol. It can be challenging if you have chronic anxiety. I know b4 I was pregnant I took benzo's to help me. I switched to natural remedies but I was told I couldn't take that either. I am cold turkey which hasn't been the easiest. I know I have done yoga in the past or listened to spa music on YouTube. Seems to distract me for a bit. Take care:)
I have anxiety, but jad 3 attacks since finding out Im pregnant. Its stucks because I.usually do the lavender tea and vitamin b12 but my doctor told me not to do it.
The times my attacks came I sat through them let them pass and drank.water. idk how I made it through but I did :-) Look for ways to.handle the attacks naturally. Breathing techinques help alot.
I do too. My dr recommends just breathe in through your nose and hold for for secs. Than blow out slowly thru your nose.
