I have the same thing I barely get them they seem to be getting better. However if it gets to bad I take benadryl it's OK in prgnancy and it helps when needed.if ur not against meds ask ur dr if benadryl is ok for u cause it helps alot.
I've struggled with anxiety and depression this entire pregnancy, so much so I had to quit working. My mindset is to do what you can to take care of yourself, especially if there are circumstances contributing to you having panic attacks. For me the strain of other burdens plus the emotional strain was taking a major toll and I noticed more Braxton hicks and other discomforts. Now that I am able to rest and practice relaxing when I get update my body has felt better overall, which I feel safe to assume means better for the baby. :)
