papaya, miscarriage! is that true?

I have now 2 daughters (7 and 9 years)
And i am pregnant with my 3rd baby and i am in my first trimester!

I never ate papaya in my life but i have bought me a muesli-fruit mix that contains papaya to!
And i have heard that papaya is not good in a pregnancy! Because it can give you a miscarriage?

Is that true? Please help me? Someone?

I don't know about unripe/ripe fresh papaya - but like someone else I use Papaya Enzyme for my heartburn. No issues.

Unripe papaya can cause miscarriage apparently. Not sure how ripe it would be in muesli.
