peeing hurts?

I'm 38 weeks and I know its normal to pee a lot. It ddoesn't hurt to pee out of my urethra but the pressure down there is unreal. When I pee I have some vaginal pressure and I feel like I have to pee all the time bc of this pressure. It actually hurts. Is the baby dropping even more or what? Just wish my water would freakin break already. I'm like clentching my muscles down there all the time cause I feel like I'm going to pee myself or the baby is going to fall out of me.
