Hi. Don't worry :-) this is a natural part of pregnancy. You get a hormone that makes the joints around your pubic area to loosen up as a preparation for birth. You need to be flexible in your vagina. All women gets this but not everyone feels a pain from it . keep your back straight and rest alot. Massage can help too. Its not harmful for you or the baby and will go away after she/he is born. Your body is just telling you to slow down ♡ hope this helped. In swedish it's called "foglossning" and is a very common topic for pregnant women to talk about.

When that happened in my last two pregnancys thats when my boys had flipped and started getting into position, its the pressure theyre sweet little melons are putting on your pelvic bones and that was 4-5 weeks before labor started
Im feeling d same n d pain is so bad at times cant even walk... im 35w 5d.
I am 37 weeks and pelvic pain keeps getting worse the further I get. I take Tylenol and use I pillow between my legs when I sleep and that helps a little
