That's what I'm thinking kimberley81, since I'm toward the end, it's not really gonna go away. 33wks, I'll jus deal with it lol

Try to keep yourself symmetrical.... avoid stairs and leaning on one side. Pelvic floor exercises, rest and maybe premnants pilates or hydrotherapy.
Visit your local women's physio and they may be able to help u or supply u with a pelvic brace. They are really good.
We have surges of relaxin in our bodies at various stages of pregnancy. If u are early on it should go away. Towards the end....maybe not.
Good luck.

The only relief I get is from sleeping on a firm surface with a body pillow between my legs and feet. It makes the day less painful.

Me three ladies. I read that stretching helps but when I do stretch, I wake up extra sore but it does seem like it helps for the moment.
