Thank you!! I've been 3cm and partially effaced with baby at +1 station for two weeks now but last week my cervix was still posterior :/ Something definitely changed on Friday, thought I was starting early labor, tons more pelvic pressure and more frequent BH....but still no baby. Just playing the waiting game now
Good luck to you Lizzy! Hoping for a quick and easy delivery for you!
I hadn't thought of using it for the perineal massage, we usually just use vitamin E but it makes perfect sense to use the primrose oil. I've been taking 2000 oral and puncturing one capsule and inserting it vaginally daily. Really hoping this helps speed things up!! I'm due in 2 days and am SO uncomfortable and ready to meet our little one!!
We've always used primrose oil but these instructions say you can use vitamin e or any lubricant.

Hoe is this primerose used im interested in anything that will help me deliver faster or less painfull this is my first time hearing about this primerose oil
I asked ob and she likes the idea but says don't start before 34wks
Is this something you did weeks before your due date? I remember they used it during my first delivery and I didn't need an episiotomy, during my second they didn't use it and I did need an episiotomy. But if I could use it before hand to prep, I will. How far in advanced did you start using it?
