I take midol with the tynenol/caffeine/ antihistamine. They are normal I guess but mine were horrible migraines. The midol is non addictive and the only thing that I could take deemed safe by my doctor
Its terrible huh? Thanks for the advice i go to bed early to.try and ignore them but the pounding doesnt let me sleep it even.hurts to breathe threw my nose
I get the headaches as well and have been getting them from basically day one. I am now almost 26 weeks. I eventually was prescribe Tylenol 3 by my OB because they became debilitating and I have a 4 year old to care for. The only relief I have found for mine is to lay down in the dark and put either a cold or warm compress over my eyes and attempt to get some sleep. Good luck!
