What to use? I'm hesitant to use vegetable oil...mine is offbrand and is made from soybean oil and I don't want anything getting infected. Any suggestions?

I use organic coconut oil. U can get a big tub from costco. Plus if u nurse u can use it on ur cracked nipples. And it's super good natural oil for stretch marks

Any olive oil is fine. I never use vegetable oil unless frying chicken or gizzards.

I usually wouldn't care, but my hubby is away for work and being so big and preggo I feel awkward going to buy lube by myself lol. I got some pure olive oil. Today's the first day I'm going to do it,wish me luck!

My pregnancy book teaches this and says you can also use any water based lubricant too

Its way weird lol,you should start it at 34 weeks,its where you massage with your thumbs the pelvic floor ( inside your vagina) to help prepare for stretching for labor,and help prevent tearing. I would google it if I were you. It shows pics and explains how to do it correctly
