You do have to go to the website itself. But I did mine using my phone. I used the Google chrome app for internet, went to medhelp.org, logged in and added my profile pic easily. Hope that helps and good luck!

Unfortunatly you cant do it through the app, you have to do it on a desk top through your account, unless another mommie has figured out how. I know just switching from mobile view to desktop view on my tablet still wouldnt let me i had to do it on a desk top computer
