pinched sciatica end of first trimester

I am nearly 12 weeks. My sciatica is pinching really bad difficulty walking. I have been to er. Does any one have suggestions for reducing pain. Other than lying down with ice or icy hot?

Like the ladies said try prenatal yoga or some stretches I had  it with my last pregnancy and went to therapy and  it helped at lot  having mild issue this time but I'm 16 weeks Monday it didn't get bad last time to towards the end of second trimester good luck

I also am all for yoga and streching!  make sure that it is safe for pregnancy and respect your limits. If something hurt either you're doing it wrong or you're pushing too far. Class are the best but I don't have the money for it so youtube have plenty of prenatal yoga video.

I had some sciatica in my lower back that ran down my butt and into my thigh. I swear by prenatal yoga,. I started doing that at the advice of my doctor and it went away almost instantly and I never had a problem with it after that.

get a massage. I had that problem too n a massage worked well. Make sure to let them know you're pregnant.
