placenta previa

Found out I have placenta previa I'm already high risk..but this blows.. And now they are talking about adding me on a medical disability to stay home on bed rest.. I am nervous cause I know this can cause me to miscarriage.. But I'm more worried about the bed rest cause I do have a 15 month old to care for.. What can I do to ease my nervous..

I was diagnosed with pp at 16 weeks. And now I'm 26 weeks + 2. Found out it wasn't going to move. I've been on bed rest since I was diagnosed. And I also have 3 children. 7, 5, 3. Its been very difficult but I try do a lot of stuff in my bed with them or I'll move to the coach in my living room. Its easier to play with them there. I also have a daily list of things I do. Like spa days, movie day, show day, book day. And I also keep a journal. Its NOT easy to relax but you have to. I learned it the hard way! Listen to your dr. And stay off those feet! If you need someone to talk to I'm here! Please feel free to message me!

I can't say what you can do to ease the nervousness because I still feel you'll be nervous anyway but I was diagnosed with pp at around 18 wks 20 wks it hadn't moved up when I went for my 26 week Sono my placenta had migrated upward I am now 29 weeks no more pp all I can say is have faith that everything will be OK I was so nervous all the way up until I was told I don't have it anymore so I'm sure you will be nervous but be sure to be careful and do everything the doc advises you to do just to be sure that everything goes well
