i haave a really bad itch. im 36 weeks pregnant with my 2nd... nights are extreamly bad my feet only itch at night i cant handle it anymore can any one help on wat i culd do to ease the itchyness??

I had an itchy rash on my tummy from scratching an itchy stretch mark too much and my dr said to use calamine lotion and omg it was the best thing ever! Instant relief!
Omg. I have this. Was up till 3 AM because of it. Someone told me to try lotion with socks on
