positions!!!!!!!!

I'm only 25 weeks but right now my back is starting hurting me and I just can not get comfortable anywhere exact for in bed and on my left hand side. It feels like I've been working so much all my body is aching. Any advice on how to get comfortable on sofas and chairs? I have pillows but I feel it makes me stiffer

On WebMD it suggests ice/heat, improving your posture, chiropractor (who specializes in pregnant ladies) and acupressure.
Some ladies use BioFreeze, but BenGay and IcyHot are off limits.
Also putting a pillow between your knees when you lay down helps.
I hope that helped in some way. Good luck

This is my 2nd pregnancy, I had a lot of back pain with my first. I have been going to the chiropractor with this one and my back has been feeling pretty good.

I'm nearly 36 weeks and the only time I'm comfortable sitting down is on a really high sofa. All the best as it gets worse. Xxx
