possible TMI but I have no idea what's going on please help

Im 38 weeks have lost my mucus plug and dilated 2cm. For the past 2 days I have  been having light menstrual cramps and I have had to wear panty liners because have had a clear discharge constantly. This hasn't happened during my whole pregnancy.  Could I be dilating more? Could it be a sign that im going into labor soon? I just don't know what my body is trying to tell me.

I know this sounds nasty, but smell the liquid. If there isn't a smell, then I would go to L&D cause it's probably the bag leaking. I went 24 hours before I went in and had to be put on antibiotics during labor. It's better to be safe

If the leaking has been consistent I'd definitely contact your doctor. It could be amniotic fluid. And beginning labor contractions do feel like period cramps.

Is the clear discharge really liquidity? Could be your bag leaking, that's how mine was it didn't bust all at once but leaked a little out a little at a time
