self esteem advise

So I'm going through this phase. Where I feel like my body is awkward. I'm 14wks. And I've up sized my bra twice already. I've gone through my 36d. To a 42dd. And when I take my bra off I have red marks and light bruises under my arms where the bra lines are. So I know it's time to buy larger. Again. And I've always struggled with weight. And the past year I lost 65 pounds and was down to 162lbs. And felt amazingly beautiful.  And healthy. So I'm battling my mind with being healthy.  I crave sometimes but tell myself no because I can't gain more weight than the doctor suggest.

Then I feel like my energy is so low that the second I relax on the sofa I fall instantly asleep. I even looked up pregnancy energy booster foods. Tried and still no energy. And I'm sure slot of it had to do with me kicking the butt head boyfriend out for threatening and lying to me.

I'm very greatful for being pregnant.  Especially since I was told my multiple docs that I'd never be able to conceive.  And here I am with a healthy baby. But I guess I'm going through a bit of depression?  Any advise... Please help

I've been going through this too and I'm 28w5d. I started my pregnancy at a size 2 and was very athletic and at the gym all rhe time. Im now on bed rest and couldnt even tell you want size pants i was in. My husband has been helping me tremendously by telling me he loves my belly. Also, I do wear dresses 90% of the time. They are the most comfortable on my belly. I put away clothes in a bin around 15 weeks into my pregnancy that i knew was not going to fit me throughout my pregnancy.  Once i give birth, i will pull out the clothes to get mw motivated again. It gives me a goal to work towards again. I also take the time once or twice a week to just to something for myself whether it is take a nice long shower or putting make up on. Make time for yourself. Just remember you are beautiful inside and out. The health of your baby is the most important thing.

I've been wearing a lot of dresses because they are easy on the tummy. But today I put on capris and couldn't button them. So I'm in yoga pants =\ talk about not feeling pretty

I am glad to know I'm not crazy and there's women out there going through similar feelings. Hopefully it goes away

I cried when I didn't like how my skirt and top looked. Since everything is a little snug now.

I don't have much advise (sorry) but I can understand your frustration. We tried to get pregnant for 6 years and now that I finally sm I'm just a little self conscious and stressed as well. You're not alone mama
