pregnacare tablets = constipation

I stopped using my pregnacare tablets because I was told the iron in it might make me constipated. 5 days later I'm already feeling a lot better. Does anyone know of alternatives to take, maybe with lower iron levels in them?

I bought mine from Target they never upset my stomach Brand is Rainbow Light Prenatal One it runs about 13 to 15 a bottle but you can take on an empty stomach and still recieve the much needed iron
