pregnancy diabetes symptoms
Anbody already been diagnosed with this? It runs in my family, and I'm shaky and fainting if I don't eat after any exertion or two hourly. Does gestational diabetes have similar symptoms to normal type 2???
Thanks. I booked in for tomorrow but my normal gp isn't well and hence unavailable. Hopefully this doc will just send me for the test, but its early to test for it, I'm only 11 weeks. I think I've got it listed as the 20 week test....
I would definitely call your doctor. At least buy a glucometer and check your blood sugar levels so you can report them. The symptoms could be diabetes or a number of other things.
