So much pressure! Any help would be great

I'm 27 weeks and just today have been experiencing enormous amount of pressure in my rectum. Also feel like I need to pee (or even poop) but can't. I can't sleep and I'm miserable and feel awful that this is as bad as I've felt this entire pregnancy. Also feel slight crampy. I've had nothing to complain about until this, and it's so uncomfortable! Has or is anyone else experiencing this? Is it normal or is it bad? I don't think I have hemorrhoids because I don't feel any bumps or lumps around there, but I do feel uncomfortable sitting because of the pressure in my rectum. Help me please! What can I do?

Thanks. I'll try that! I was freaking out because this is my first pregnancy so I'm not sure what to expect. I called my boyfriend though he didn't answer (we don't live together yet) and I knew he'd be sleeping (it was like 2 a.m.) but I tried anyway. I'll be glad when we move in together! This is all new to us and every little thing I'm freaking out.
