Plus after mc your hcg still has to completely drop before you.can ovulate and you can feel symptoms for weeks after. I had mmc in june this year and swore I was pregnant straight after but it was just because my hcg was still dropping. I fell pregnant 3months after mmc and our due date is also our 1year anniversary of our mmc. Not saying you can't get pregnant straight after a miscarriage because you can, just sharing my experience.

I noticed all these signs at 4 weeks. Each pregnancy is different. So just because you didn't feel something good before doesn't mean you'll necessarily feel the same this time.
I've had two miscarriages before and each pregnancy has felt different.

After a misscariage your body is still very hormonal, so its easier to get pregnant
