Safe pregnancy
I had my iud surgically removed 11 days ago. My husband and I have had sex several times since then. I have not had a period for 5 years because of the iud so i do not have a way to track if or when i am ovulating. My hopes are to get pregnant but I am now worried because I have read posts about women getting pregnant immediately after having their iud removed and having miscarriages. If I am pregnant will I miscarry since I just had my iud removed?

Oh and I am now 34-3days healthy pregnancy.
I had my second mirena removed on July 2012, conceived Sept. 2012. I also did not have my period the whole time during my iud. I bought an ovulation kit to help me know when I was ovulating. I would say to wait for your first period for more accuracy. Good luck!
