pregnant with the flu

My whole family is down with the flu. It ***** being pregnant with the flu. I'm 32 weeks and haven't really taken much to relieve the symptoms. It's even worse because my kids haven't been sleeping very well because they feel like crap so I haven't been sleeping hardly at all. I don't think the lack of sleep is helping me recover from the sickness. There have been multiple deaths in my area from this strain of the flu so of course I'm worried about that too.

This isn't really a question just venting because I'm stressed out.

Yessss...I'm 29 weeks and just now getting over it my whole house got it -my 6 year old is still getting over the end stages. I had to go in because the coughing was so bad I had cramping in my lower back and stomach and couldn't really tell if it was normal coughing or causing contractions. I have taken the robutussin and then my ob told me to take a tylenol pm so I could actually sleep. I being sick like that while pregnant is the worst :(

Im 31 wks prego with the flu...had it almost a week now. .surely kicked my behind...my son who is 7 got the cough that is still around too, but no other symptoms...hard to take care of sick kids when you are so down and sick...I think resting is a big part and staying hydrated...even if you aren't sleeping, just being in bed, or on couch doing nothing is resting ur body...good luck!!!
