prenatal massage
I wonder is ok to get a prenatal massage to relieve stress n pain I'm really looking in to dat some spa have a cut out table for ur belly it would be nice sense I'm in my last trimester

Naru I am very jealous! Whenever I ask for a massage from my husband he grinds one spot so hard, it is so painful. I tried crouching his through it a few times but finally told him massages are just not one of his talents lol!

At the risk of makeing everyone jealous but i'm married to a massage therepist so my husband give me a massage every week :) so takeing advantage of being preggnant lol
Massage is just not recommended in ur 1st trimester. My doc encouraged me to get a massage. Just make sure it's prenatal massage bcuz there are trigger points and aromatherapy that u want to avoid while pregnant.
My doctor gave my a prescription for a massage. Just make sure you find a place that does prenatal massages. Enjoy :-)
