Trying to stay positive

I was pregnant in March and the day I found out, I miscarried. I kept telling myself at that point that it's not a big deal because I barely knew but I've got to say it really was devastating. I questioned my eating and exercise regiment. I wondered if I did something. Thankfully I got a lot of support and decided to try again. Now, I'm 6 weeks, (a week more than the last) and I'm over analyzing every ache. In addition, I feel like I'm not allowing myself to be as happy because I'm fearful of another loss. Doctor's appt is Tuesday but in the mean time, Any advice?

Thank you all. Everyday I'm telling myself to be positive and relax. I agree that what's meant to be will be but it doesn't soothe when the the desire for what you want is greater. This is a different pregnancy so I'll stop comparing. Thanks again for the support. I really appreciate this app for this feature.  :-)

I am right there with you. I had a miscarriage in January and just got a positive preg test 5 days ago and I'm having a hard time being happy. I'm already fretting about every little thing because last time was so traumatic. I'm hoping it all goes well and I can eventually relax but I think it's just a matter of getting over the nerves and one day you will feel positive when everything is proving to be normal.

I am in your same shoes.  I found out last Sept and within a week had a miscarriage. I'm now about 6 weeks and am scared that something will happen badly. My progesterone levels are pretty low and even hearing that I could possibly still lose it later is scary. It's good that there is support out there and people who are going through the same thing. I'm staying positive though and trying not to read into every little thing. I promise to stay that way and hope you can try to as well. Prayers for both!

Stay positive I have been there before n literally didn't allow myself to get excited until I had ultrasound n saw heart beat at 9 weeks. Just know miscarriages are more common then not and one pregnancy has nothing to do with another. If the Dr told u that you were healthy and safe enough to try again then be confident in that. Faith will keep you sane n positive through it all. Don't stress about it just enjoy your little miracle growing inside your womb.

Dear life is like that. What is meant for you, will be with you wheather you want it or not; and what is not you won't get it. Stay positive. Hope and pray everything should go well.
