prenatal vitamin question

Well i've only got 28 days until my little man is due (yay!), and i'm wanting to continue to take my over the counter prenatal vitamin after birth. I was wondering if that was safe? Or if it'll still give my hair and nails the same awesome effect with growth... I don't see why it wouldn't be safe, seeing as how it's a vitamin, but i'm just curious.

Yes it's safe, I still take them and my daughter is about to be 1.

Yes it's still safe and actually recommend to stay on them if you're planning to breastfeed or pump...however the nail and hair growth is from pregnancy hormones not the vitamins...actually be prepared for a lot of hair to fall out a few months after birth

I'm planning on breastfeeding, and if that fails like with my first then i'm definitely pumping. And aww darn!! Was really hoping it would keep my hair and nails on this growth spurt lol. Maybe i'll look into getting something for that on top of taking prenatals
