If you have good insurance see if your dr. willl prescribe Nexa Plus Prenatal vitamins for you. They have DHA in them and a vanilla coating on them. No after taste or anything. You should be able to also get a $30 coupon on the Nexa plus website. If not, you can take Flintstone Complete Vitamin (or generic brand) along with separate folic acid 800 mcg that you can find at most stores like walmart, cvs, walgreens, etc. Before my about the Nexa plus, she said it was perfectly fine to take Flintstone vitamins as long as I was getting the extra folic acid I needed.

You coule also take them.at night right before you go to sleep.that what i do
I had the same problem I switched to the gummies from Costco and my nausea is gone.
