Im 21 weeks and havent gained any weight as well.started yoga like a week ago.im doing it so i can bounce back to my pre pregnancy body faster.hope it helps
Im doing it and i love it.. i am 23 weeks and really havent gained weight however i dont think it is from the yoga i think its just me that im not gaining weight. I have a great instructor and it really helps with the stress and crazness of being pregnant. And its a wonderful bonding experience with your baby. I feel so close to my son. A lot has to do with the yoga intsructor, the way she relaxes the class and she knows just the right positions for pregnant women. I highly recomend it. To me its more than physical relief. My mind is co clear and put together after that class!
