Preggy Blues

I'm 23 weeks & feeling really overwhelmed with everything. Between now & the few week after bubbas arrival we have 75% of our large families birthdays & Christmas. Today I found out I some quite pricey dental work to have done in the next 2 weeks. All the financial stress is making me feel very very sad. I can't enjoy my pregnancy or my toddler. I keep thinking I'll wake up the next morning & feel the haze lifted but it's doesn't. It only started last week is anyone else experiencing this? Everything is so overwhelming from getting dressed everyday to paying bills. Will it pass?  My hormones made me quite hot tempered in my previous pregnant but I just get sad & overwhelmed very easily this time round.

I feel the same way, definitely. I'm 23 weeks as well and just found out that there's a lot of stuff wrong with my car. It doesn't pay to fix it so we are looking at new cars but we don't know if we can afford the monthly payments with me not working from March until September. My husband is also stressed about it so we kind of spur each other's misery. I hope the haze lifts soon!

I've spoken to him :) I honestly dont think it's the money, we've been through worse financially & otherwise & we've come out the other side smiling. He is very supportive & loving I do not have it at all bad. There are a million & one people who have it far worse than myself. I just have had this haze & constant overwhelming sadness that I can't shift I think it may be my pregnancy hormones throwing me off, it just feels so awful! I'm so sorry to hear about the position you guys are in, it sounds like you have a good support net for one another though :)

have you told your significant other how you feel? sometimes you just need to ask them to be reassuring and caring and just extra sweet! maybe it won't take your financial crisis away but it will make you feel better.. if it helps you to know there's always someone that has it worse.. I have no health insurance and I have a high risk pregnancy I'm seeing a specialist which I pay out of pocket I see him twice a week I get 2 labs each time that's 4 labs a week I get one ultrasound a week I paY roughly 750.00 dollars every week I lost my job about two weeks before I found out I was pregnant and my husband says sometimes he feels like he's going to lose his mind.. but I believe that if God put me to it he will put me through it.. hang in there
