Hi ladies, I'm 5 weeks pregnant and do not see my doctor until the end of next month so I would really appreciate some input. I called the doctor 2 days ago to schedule the appointment after many bfp, asked the girl making my appointment if I should be taking progesterone as I did with my last pregnancy, she's 6 months now, and when I miscarried in 2013. My levels have never been super low just a few numbers under where doctor would have like. So should I need progesterone again or no? Also last time I was brought in within days of my bfp I know I'm only 5 weeks but just curious especially due to the progesterone possibility. Thank you for any help, I'm just keeping positive and not trying to worry.

I was put on progesterone 100mg, them 200mg and they made me feel like complete crap. I'd say not to ask for them unless you absolutely need them.

I would suggest trying to see a different doctor sooner if your appointment isn't till next month . That's a long time . Wish you the best !
