prometrium

My daughter just had an ultra sound and it showed that she was pregnant with twins.  One of the twins was not viable after six weeks. The other twin is still going strong at 8 weeks.  The doctor prescribed prometrium for her.  She is scared to death to take the medication because it has a strong warning on the label "DO NOT TAKE IF PREGNANT OR ANTICIPATE GETTING PREGNANT.  Why would the doctor prescribe prometrium if the twin is OK at this time?

I took prometrium until I was 12 weeks pregnant and thank God, it saved my pregnancy.  Right now I am 18 weeks and 2 days pregnant and I am telling you Prometrium works.  Check out my posts.

God Bless you.

i dont know why it would say that on the bottle/box. It is used to sustain pregnancy when a doctor believes that a patients progesterone is low. Used to prevent miscarriage. Google it!
