protein in urine

So im 30 wks and i went to dr today and they found protein and white blood cells in my urine... My blood pressure was good but still worried about pre eclampsia. I feel like i had it undiagnosed with my first and have been worrying about getting it this time. Then with protein in my urine im getting even more worried. Any insite?

I had a little bit of protein in my urine at 16wks but the dr wasn't worried, at 20wks my urine sample had no abnormalities.  I guess just try not to stress if your dr isn't worried.  If you start to feel unwell just go back straightaway.

I had a few weeks where I had protein in my urine. All the other signs for pre clampsia were not there, and I honestly don't think I had it. I think it may be how I was eating, or just the difference of a glass of water less than I was.

with my 2ed at 22 weeks my doc found protein  in my urine. she had me come back once a week for the last half my my pregnancy and noting ever changed. my protein was still high but my BP was good. good luck!

Oh and my urine was cloudy if that matters
