protein in urine

I am almost 38 weeks. My urine has been good until now where there showed a trace of protein in my urine. My doctor hasn't called me to tell me anything, I found out by seeing the results online. I'm guessing they are not worried and will just speak to me at my next week's appointment. I have also lost 6 pounds since last week. What is going on!

I had a trace of protein in my urine and the Dr wasn't worried at all she said as long as its just a trace, its not a big, sometimes that happens from skin particles around ur vagina. They are only worried if they find a specific amount but she said a trace isn't anything to be worried about.they found a trace of protein when I was 36 weeks I'm 38 weeks now and just went to the Dr today and baby is healthy with no issues.

My blood pressure has been good. I read it can be a uti also.
