I'm around 16 weeks.I had my scan at 13 weeks n everythin was fine.I had some cramping feelings last week that went away after I took paracetamol.this week though I dont feel pregnant at all.apart from tender breasts ah got no symptoms.could I have lost the baby but just not bled yet?
NO UR PROBABLY FINE I DIDNT REALLY FEEL ANYTHING BUT SORE BREASTS AND FATIGUE UNTIL I STARTED FEELING BABY MOVE AROUND 16 WEEKS
Things are probably just fine. Symptoms will come and go throughout a pregnancy. I had zero symptoms with my first two pregnancies and just about every one this time around but they still have come and gone.
