question!! cramps and diarrhea :/

Im 21 weeks pregnant and for the past two days ive had mild cramping in my lower belly and also some diarrhea and a discomfort feeling.  I am just wondering if any of you ladies have ever had this problem and if I should be really concerned or its just another great pregnancy symptom. Any comments will be greatly appreciated c:

It could be a bug or something you ate completely unrelated to pregnancy. Drink extra fluid so you don't get dehydrated.

If you have diarrhea that means your  body needs fluids. Dehydration will make cramp terribly!

I had the same problem around the same time, I even went to the hospital freaking out, they said it was normal and sent me home. I believe you're fine. I was. But if you still don't feel right, or feel like something is wrong, call your doctor! Trust your instinct. I always do. If I feel something is wrong I ask a million people and still end up going and making sure lol. C:

Iam goin throuvh tjis now..im always constipated even before being prsgnant.lol..but for like 5 days now ive been going through the same as you however mine isnt mild its pretty bad
