question for moms that exercise

Ok mommas here's the deal with my first pregnancy I started out at 210 which was the most I had ever weighed at the end of my pregnancy I maxed out at 217 and my son was born 7.4 lbs and I left the hospital weighing 205. After that I got down to 184 but then I went through a really bad divorce and I shot back up to 206 and I fluctuated between that and 197. Now I'm 15wks soon to be 16wks on Tuesday I started out at 203 and I just weighed myself and I'm 205. I don't want to balloon during this pregnancy and was wondering what are some exercises that you would recommend for a mommy that was never in shape to begin with? Since I'm due the end of August and Texas summers are brutal I'd like to wear dresses but my upper arms are so fat and flabby and I'd like to trim them down.

Thank yall! I don't have a problem with eating, in fact I have had no cravings and basically food aversion. I eat about as much as my 3 year old portion wise and some days that's pushing it. I know that not eating enough contributes to weight gain because your body stores what food you do eat longer. I plan on talking to my Dr at my next appointment to see if she will refer me to a nutritionist.

Do you have pinterest? There are a lot of exercises for when you are pregnant. Also look up Alexa jean fitness. She's all about being a healthy mom and has tons of workouts she did whike pregnant. Good luck!

I would suggest walking but don't over do it (35-45 min 3 days a week to start) with a combination of eating soups (Cam. Chunky soups) over rice. It's very filling with green salads.  And switch out ur sodas for water. Definitely increase your water intake
