I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist of 8 years. If laying on your stomach doesn't feel uncomfortable to you, you will be fine. If it is going to interfere with you relaxing,  ask for side lying position which is just a pillow between your knees, and one under your head. Although I am separately trained for pregnancy massage, there's nothing a regular massage therapist can do to hurt you except pressing too hard (and I mean so hard you're bruised and that would be really unlikely) on your knee or ankle area. That's because those areas can release the uterus and cause miscarriage. I don't know of that's a fact but that's what we were taught in school, and you should never be receiving that kind of pressure even in a normal massage. The pressure shouldn't be deep on the legs because of risk of blood clots travelling upwards. A regular light to medium pressure swedish is fine. Deeper pressure on back neck shoulders is also ok for pregnant moms. Enjoy, and get regular massages until the end! I'm 34 weeks and I swear by them.

It's fine. Just tell them you are pregnant and they will modify it as a prenatal massage. They will most likely have you lay on your side. Enjoy mama!
