Iced tea has less caffeine than coffee and you can usually Google how much caffeine is in certain beverages and it will tell you.

Tea is okay however you really want to stay away from herbal teas (other than ginger and peppermint) do not drink anything with ginseng, echinacheae, or anything like that as the effects of many herbs on pregnancy have not been studied enough to prove their safety.

I've never heard that before. I've talked to my doctor and she said it was perfectly fine to drink tea during your pregnancy. Tea has less caffeine than soda or coffee. I drink genmaicha green tea on a daily basis and I'm 33 weeks. I also drink iced tea.
