First appointment
I have my first appointment on Friday. I believe I am around 7 weeks 7 and a half maybe. What should I expect? Questions to ask? This is my first pregnancy and I am extremely nervous and worried and overjoyed and so many other things too. Any advice is much appreciated!

Some info you should learn about (whether your doctor tells you, or whether you ask him):
- food (meat, fish, raw vs cooked, mercury..)
- exercise
- sex
- tests and appointments to come
- what to do if...
- medicines you can and cannot take (eg. Tylenol)
- normal symptoms you can feel

Hey! I had my first app yesterday and my doctor was very helpful. She gave me tons of pregnancy magazines, pamphlets and all kinds of different information. She went over what's going to happen the weeks I meet her and the different tests we'll be taking. I felt like she explained so much that I didnt really have many questions. I'll see her again in 3 weeks so if there are any other questions I have I'll let her know. Overall she made me feel very confident and I'm sure your doctor will do the same. Good luck! Xoxo
