radiating pain help?!?

I was awakened at 530 am to a super sharp pain radiating all the way around my hips, back and lower abdomen below my stomach.. It hurt to move and it was almost as tho I had to breath thru the pain. I was laying on my left side at the time. it lasted about 10 minutes and has subsided but it's lingering near the top of my legs and a little achy in my list belly area. I'm 31 weeks pregnant today. Any ideas?!? I know it's not to early for pre term labor but it hasn't really come back. The Dr Office isn't open yet. Will call when they open. Maybe baby was on a nerve?!?

Thanks ladies. Still a little uncountable. My Dr opens soon and i will definitely call. was asked to get back to sleep. I'm worried I won't know I'm having contractions because I didn't know I was with my daughter at first. I thought they were braxton Hicks. She was 13 days over due. I know I'm having a lot of braxton Hicks contractions and have been for a while now like a few weeks and my tummy was hard when it happened this morning but couldn't tell if it was baby or tummy that was hard. It was just the top of my belly.

It could be the start of Braxton hicks contractions. 31 weeks is not to early to start. Try soaking in a warm bath with epsom salt and definitely talk to ur doc to be safe.
