I am 7week and I was wondering if its safe to go bowling. I googled it and gave me mixed info. If I deside to go id use a light ball. Has anyone bowled this early on? Was everything ok?
I bowl on a friday league for work, and I'm 22 weeks. You're fine, the reason some say not to do it is because of 'heavy lifting' but I've always bowled with a 10 pound ball so it's not an issue for me :)
